Each of our residents have the conveience of their own bedroom, which features a private full-size bathroom with a bathtub or shower. All townhomes have access to FREE internet and extended cable, as well as washers and dryers in the unit.
Every townhome has more living and storage space than you will know what to do with! The kitchens feature full-sized dishwashers, garbage disposal, range/oven, frost free refrigerator, built-in microwave and breakfast bar with bar stools, not to mention all of the cabinet space! All townhomes have high-efficiency heating and air conditioning, as well as a premium insulation package.
Copper Beech and Baywater Townhomes has a private shuttle which runs to and from Purdue's campus every week day. The shuttle also runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights to the Cactus and campus bars from 10:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.!!
Your townhome is available either fully furnished or unfurnished. The furniture package includes:
• Bedrooms: Full-size bed, five-drawer dresser, desk & chair, bedside table and lamp
• Living Room: Large sofa & love seat (chair in one-bedroom), coffee table, end table and lamp
• Kitchen: Large kitchen table, four chairs and three bar stools
• Common Area: Futon (in 3 bedroom units)
